In this offering we have two primitive Sunflower Dolls. (These dolls are sold separately, not as a set). One of these gals features painted socks and buttoned shoes and a dark blue print dress with mustard stars, sunflowers and crows. She is holding a primitive ladybug with separately made wings and wire antennae. The other sweet girl features painted buttoned shoes, and deep mustard dress with tiny polka dots. This doll has a very primitive bumble bee in her lap that also has separate muslin wings and wire antennae. Both of these dolls have deep soulful eyes drawn with artists pencils and muslin lidded eyes. I have added a little tuft of black raw sheep’s wool as hair for both dolls. Each doll is approx. 12" tall and has been crafted from painted, sanded and stained muslin/homespun and has been put through the prim process. "Primitive Bumble Bee"
This is a wonderful large primitive Bumble Bee doll that measures approx 16 1/2" tall and comes with its very own hive and handcrafted tulip. This is a simply wonderful doll with tons of detail. He has primitive "penny rug" stitched eyes and a pinch stitched face! On the top of his head are stick antennae with rusty bells attached to the tips. He also has a rusty bell necklace. The beautiful quilted type dimensional wings are gorgeous. His overalls are dark green featuring black willow trees with two vintage buttons. His little bee hive is approx 8" tall and features two prim bees (one attached to the top of the hive with twirly wire and one at the bottom of the hive. A prim green heart has been fixed to the front! Cradled in his arm is his very own prim tulip. I have added a matching heart to the front of the tulip and another prim bee on the stem. A green rag tie serves as the leaves with twirly wire to complete it. This sweet guy would love to be part of your family...he never uses his stinger!!!!!! Signed and dated, price includes shipping.

"Primitive Black Doll"
This sweet little Black Doll is just so sweet. She is approx. 10 1/2" tall and features a pinch stitched face and sad soulful eyes that have been drawn with artists pencils. Sanded, stained, and antiqued, this little Black Doll has the look of a much loved doll with a little bit of whimsy thrown in for good measure! I used black/charcoal hand dyed spun sheep’s wool for her hair which has been needle felted. She has on a cute two tone dress with puffy sleeves and coordinating pantaloons.
