Punch Needle Pin Cushions

These delightful spool pin cushions are not only sweet to look at, they're useful too! Each wrap around scene is punched using quality wool threads that are so soft to the touch. The pin cushion is made from wool felt that's been hand stitched to create a little pillow. It's been stuffed with pure sheep's wool to protect your pins. A vintage button from Grandmom's button box has been added to the top to help secure it to the spool. The penny posies spool (right) measures about 2 3/4" tall and the varigated scallop spool (left) is slightly smaller. Signed and dated by The Punchin' Fool [that's me!]. I hope you like 'em!

Here's a new folk art pin to add to your collection! This Heart~in~Hand pin is an original design that's punched with wool and acrylic threads in shades of dark teal, tan and shades of burgundy. A wool twisted cording was made to frame the front and finishes it off nicely. It is backed with buttery ultra suede and an extra large pin is stitched to the back for years of wearing pleasure. Measures about 1 3/4" by 2 1/2". As always, it's signed and dated by The Fool herself!

This little memo book is the perfect size to tuck into your purse or jacket pocket. Use it to jot down an important number or little love message. I've punched some penny posies in bright colors and added some varigated scallops to frame them nicely. The front and back of the book is covered in a mini homespun check. The 50+ kraft colored pages inside are lined for easy writing. The memo book measures about 3" by 4", and the punched piece is about 2 1/2" by 1 3/4". It's signed and dated by The Punchin' Fool (that's me!).
