Blackbeard~ Pirate’s Themed Necklace

Ahoy Matey's! This is a one of a kind pirate themed necklace of Blackbeard and his booty! I have made a mini collage using an antique woodcut image of Blackbeard, considered one of the most feared pirate's of his day, which I layered over an old treasure map image. The back side is finished with another section of the map. I have added several fresh water pearls in copper, pearly white, and green, along with some tiny glass beads throughout the necklace. Included are vintage and new pirate themed trinkets to make it a fabulous OOAK jewelry creation! The trinkets included going up the left side are a small antique skeleton key, a tiny pewter charm of a clam shell with a pearl inside, and a collaged old watch face with tiny gears hanging from the bottom. Up the right side are an antique glass vial which I have filled with German gold glass glitter and finished with a soldered cap, a tiny pewter charm of a pocket watch which can be shown open or closed, and a vintage metal Fleur De Leis charm that I found on one of my treasure hunting excursions. I have soldered the Blackbeard pendant with 100% lead free materials, and it measures 1.5" square. The pendant and all of the trinkets are attached to an 18" burnished silver gunmetal round link chain, with a lobster claw clasp. The center pendant hangs down an additional 3.5". I have signed the back of the Blackbeard pendant, and it will come to you gift boxed, and securely wrapped to prevent any damage during shipping. Birds & Eggs Mixed Media Collage Painting

This is a one of a kind collage that I have made using vintage images of birds eggs, an old image of three birds on a branch, and several layers of paint and stampings to add texture and depth to the background. I have painted it in shades of green, with a bit of yellow thrown in here and there. It has been lightly crackled and antiqued, and given a satin finish to protect it. It is a gallery wrapped canvas, so it does not require a frame, and can be hung straight out of the box. I have finished the sides with a dark green complementary paint, and no staples are visible. This mixed media collage painting will come to you signed and dated Sylvia Anderson 2008, and securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
