Just in time for Valentine's Day, this storybook inspired couple were happily rendered in paper clay over card, wood and foil armatures. Beautifully detailed, after sculpting and drying, each figure was gessoed and hand painted, then antiqued and sealed. Miss Dish's sweet little skirt was crafted from crepe paper and ribbon. Both figures are poised upon a painted and embellished paper mache box. The entire piece was sugared in glass glitter for a vintage sparkle.
