a tiny Americana lady bug and her liberty bell
Memorial Day is fast approaching as well, so I decided to do a patriotic spring lady bug.
She is made of osnaburg, from my own design, then button jointed for posing. She sits just 5” tall.
Her nose is sculpted and her eyes and mouth pastel drawn.
Her antennae are rusty wire and one tiny liberty bell.
She has beautiful wings made of cream fabric with red stars, secured to her back with a red star button.
Her liberty bell wand is made of paper covered wire, then painted, accented with gold, varnished and a tiny rusty liberty bell was added to represent the bell’s ringer.
Liberty has a rusty star necklace, with a liberty bell accent and rusty wire twisted around in an artsy way.
She would be a fun one of a kind addition to your primitive folk art.
She is much more primitive than the camera could pick up.
She can be adopted for $135, which includes airfare.
Email me if you would like to adopt Liberty.

a tiny Americana eagle boy, his flag, and his peace dove
Freedom is made of osnaburg, and is button jointed for posing.
He sits 5” tall.
His nose is sculpted and his eyes and mouth are hand drawn with pastels.
He has a set of wings separately attached, and he holds in his hands, Peace, his tiny dove, and his flag, colored on both sides.
He would be a fun and different addition to your primitive folk art collection.
Thanks for stopping by.
If you would like to purchase Freedom, he is $145, shipping included.
