”Valentina”

21” tall Valentina is a prim and proper gal who loves romance and holding hands. She’s hoping cupid finds her knight in shining armor this year.

She’s dressed in a early colonial style outfit of bloomers and dress made from a deep red floral fabric. She has ruffles on her bloomers and her underskirt was made from a very old vintage children’s christening gown. I also used some for the sleeves and collar. Several rusted bells decorate the bodice and collar.

She holds a 4” x 2.5” pillow which has been hand crosstitched in red. It is not permanently attached to the doll. Lastly, she wears painted on ruby red slippers which have been heavily sprinkled with red glitter, rusted bells on the tips and a wee bit of red tinsel too.

Valentina has a heart shaped head, which has been painted and then heavily sprinkled with red glitter. She has a stitched nose and mouth and blue eyes and brows that were handdrawn using artist colored pencils and sealed.

She has been lightly stained and comes signed/dated as an original, one of a kind collectible design which is not a toy or intended for children’s use or play.
