"Pass Port" Paper Cutting
Today for your consideration, I am offering one of my paper cuttings. "Pass Port" is a paper cutting based on a silhouette from the 1700's, using Schrenschnitte scissors. The background is a paper college depicting a vintage passport for a gentleman (maybe he is on his way to see his true love). I have painted, and grained the frame using the Vinegar Grain Painting technique. The frame is very deepset (2") and measures 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 and can either sit or be hung to enjoy. Signed and dated, under glass. Truly a one of a kind. $23.00 plus travel fare
